  • Automatically Collected Data: Includes IP addresses, device types, and browser types, gathered through cookies and used to improve website functionality.
  • Voluntary Information: Data provided voluntarily, such as survey responses, preferences, and other optional information.

  • Affiliate Data: If referred by an affiliate, we may share information necessary to attribute the referral. Affiliate partners manage their own data practices independently.

  • Service Providers and Subcontractors: Trusted partners, such as Virtual Assistants (VAs), provide customer support, technical help, and content management under confidentiality agreements. They access data only as needed for specific tasks.

  • Data Platforms (Kartra and Paperform/Papersign): Used for website management, form submissions and e-signatures on documents and client agreements. These may store data outside Canada, including in the U.S.
  • Affiliate Partners: If you arrive via an affiliate link, we may share information to attribute referrals, in accordance with affiliate tracking.
